Don't handle the dough any more then necessary! Ha! recipe 2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt,3/4 cup Butter cut up into cubes, 6-7 tablespoons water, egg wash=1egg with 2 tablespoons water. Hope you enjoy
