Roast Garlic & Rosemary Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken thighs
- 4-5 large garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
- ocean sea salt and pepper, to taste
- sprigs of fresh or dried rosemary
products are irradiated (zapped with radiation) which change and damage the body's cells if consumed.
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lay chicken pieces skin up in a roasting pan.
- Spread garlic over the chicken, along with sea salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place sprigs of fresh rosemary on the chicken pieces or sprinkle with dried rosemary.
- Roast the about 1 hour.
